What you’ll do In a few words... As the Program Optimization Manager, you will drive the strategic vision and execution of our PBM program operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market opportunities. This role focuses on conceptualizing and delivering innovative program solutions, managing the full program lifecycle, and fostering collaboration with IT, Marketing, and operations to ensure seamless integration and implementation. By identifying opportunities for optimization and scalability, you will streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency. Leveraging a balance of strategic foresight and attention to detail, you will spearhead initiatives that elevate our program offerings, fuel innovation, and position the organization for long-term growth and success.
