As a Program Operations Manager, you’re a self-starter, capable of developing and achieving program objectives in a matrix environment with the ability to successfully interface with functional leaders. In this role, you will support NASAMS programs and will execute material program strategies to ensure the flawless execution of products and programs.

Requirements

  • Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 3 years relevant experience.
  • Experience in Operations, Manufacturing, Engineering and/or Program/Project Management.
  • U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) / Material Resource Planning (MRP) systems, including but not limited to SAP, Kinaxis, CMES.
  • Previous manufacturing process experience.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in capital planning (development), MRL (Manufacturing Readiness Level) Assessments, Make/Buy/Where process, test equipment startups.

Responsibilities

  • This individual will be responsible for coordinating with the program IPT, Manufacturing Work Centers, and other Functional Partners to ensure successful on time integration of the material and labor efforts necessary to support manufacturing and contract schedules.
  • Overall management and coordination of recurring and non-recurring manufacturing resources to support program requirements, supporting the development of Manufacturing Plans, and supporting quarterly EAC’s.
  • Coordinate Operations bids for new development and production proposals.
