About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized, analytical, and solutions -driven Program Operations & Compliance Coordinator to support the Executive Director across multiple business ventures and community -facing initiatives. This role supports workforce development programs, nonprofit initiatives, event production, concessions/retail operations, community outreach projects, and consulting engagements. This position blends operations, data analysis, process development, compliance oversight, design, technology support, and event coordination. The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and able to manage complex workflows across a fast -paced portfolio.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical skills and problem -solving ability
  • Proven ability to develop and implement processes and procedures
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Excel (formulas, tables), Word, PowerPoint, and Canva
  • Ability to learn, troubleshoot, and manage multiple software programs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
  • Comfortable interacting across community, administrative, and construction environments

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Zoho, LCP Tracker, B2GNow, or compliance/reporting tools
  • Background in construction, community outreach, or workforce development
  • Experience supporting executives with multiple business ventures
  • Experience with CRM systems or database management

Responsibilities

  • Provide high -level operational support across several business lines, including:
  • Workforce development and construction outreach services
  • Nonprofit programming and resource assistance
  • Event production and community engagement
  • Marketing, communications, and special projects
  • Draft, organize, and implement internal processes, procedures, and workflows
  • Maintain structured documentation, databases, project records, and digital files.
  • Support intake systems, scheduling, meeting preparation, and general admin duties.
  • Process, analyze, and organize data for compliance and workforce reporting.
  • Assist with generating monthly workforce and subcontractor reports.
  • Support community outreach, job fairs, and targeted hiring events.
  • Support skills assessments and candidate pipeline management.
  • Recruitment tracking and documentation
  • Workforce participation and residency reporting
  • Coordinate logistics, including venue setup, materials, vendors, registration, and event flow.
  • Support branding and messaging across workforce programs, nonprofit initiatives, and business ventures.
  • Conduct site visits for workforce verification, documentation, and compliance observations.
