Job Summary Business Operations Tracking & Analysis Utilize and refine reporting to measure and improve timesheet and milestone entry, approval and compliance. Analyze and solution for submittal, approval and correction delays for program payables. Audit holiday and OT exceptions for staff aug resources. Cross-train with Operations Team to support peak periods of demand and for PTO coverage. Relationship Management Establish and maintain professional relationships with supplier, user and finance partners to ensure timely resolution of matters raised and escalation of ongoing issues related to program operations. Training and Documentation Document processes for reporting, follow-up and issue resolution around timesheet and milestone submittal, approval and invoicing. Train new users and prepare documentation as needed to ensure compliance and efficiency. Provide weekly/monthly reporting on key findings and assessments. Process Review / Validation Ongoing review and documentation or program processes to ensure current accuracy and adherence to current best practices.
