Purpose The Program Officer, Grants and Reporting Compliance is responsible for supporting the delivery of high-quality resettlement and integration services for refugee populations, primarily served through the Matching Grant (MG), Preferred Communities (PC) Programs and other Resettlement and Integration program as needed, across the CWS affiliate network. This position has responsibilities supporting the monitoring and grant and reporting compliance of the Preferred Communities, Matching Grant and other Resettlement and Integration programs as needed. The position also has responsibilities related to data analysis, training, technical assistance, monitoring and proposal and report writing. An important prerequisite for this position is the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a collegial manner and to work independently to complete assignments.
