As a Program Office Liaison Program Manager, you’ll provide program management and liaison engineering support between our high-profile customer and their operational control key stakeholders for planning, developing, and sustaining their airlift requirements and support missions on their fixed-wing aircraft fleet. You will support our customer in developing policies and procedures necessary to support and ensure requirements for operational suitability to drive their airlift capabilities and support missions. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience in operations, logistics, acquisition, and sustainment of USAF aircraft in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Ability to effectively communicate information to both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Ability to quickly diagnose and resolve issues
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor’s degree

Responsibilities

  • Provide part-time onsite support directly to the operational control key stakeholder related to our customer’s fixed-wing aircraft programs from cradle to grave.
  • Provide cross-functional collaboration between our primary customer, end users, and key stakeholders to ensure program requirements, plans, and objectives are met and ensure aircraft are suitable to support required operations.
  • Prepare briefings and presentation material to support our primary customer with end users, major commands, and other government agencies, involving the program status of the customer’s fixed-wing assets.
  • Provide subject matter expertise, advice, and counsel to all parties involved in program and operational matters, ensuring acquisition efforts and field capabilities are in line with operational and mission objectives.
  • Provide support to the operational mission key stakeholder for all plans, modifications, and requirements as it relates to the program’s fixed-wing assets.
  • Assist the customer in developing and defending required acquisition, sustainment, and operational budgets.
  • Develop long-term acquisitions and sustainment road maps that meet our customers’ requirements.
