Job Description U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced Program/Project Manager with deep expertise in IT project management methodologies and processes, including extensive experience with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS), and a proven ability to manage cross-functional collaboration between internal stakeholders and external auditors. Is liaison between engineering organizations and internal support organizations, responsible for understanding formal mandated enterprise security and tooling standards, procedures, and guidelines. Responsible for timely communications of security and tooling standards, procedures, and guidelines to engineering organization. As applicable, quality practices and guidance to assist engineering organization in achieving security and tools standards, procedures, and guidelines. Performs audits, evaluations, and reviews of engineering organizations processes supporting compliance to security and tool standards, procedures, and guidelines. Supports IT managers and professionals in the application of security and tooling standards, procedures, and guidelines. Plans, coordinates, and trains on processes and procedures as applicable. Evaluates documentation methodologies, tools, techniques, and automation opportunities. Ensures consistent application of security and tools across engineering organizations. Analyzes new and pending regulations and standards which directly affect company practices and works with affected engineering teams to ensure appropriate compliance. Performs periodic reviews to assess level of compliance. This position is hybrid, requiring a minimum of 3 days in office per week. Our office locations for this role are: Saint Paul, MN; Minneapolis, MN; Hopkins, MN; Gresham, OR; and Brookfield, WI.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
  • At least 7 years experience with tools and techniques for planning, organizing, monitoring and controlling IT projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience working in a PCI-compliant environment with working knowledge of PCI requirements and terminology.
  • Microsoft Office Tools experience: Excel, PowerPoint, Word, MS Teams and MS SharePoint.
  • Experience with SharePoint site maintenance, organization, and enhancements is considered a plus.
  • Experience with the use of VISIO.
  • Work experience in: Computer operations -Information management
  • Extensive experience in: Working with and Implementation of IT Process, Standards and Procedures; Ability to lead and work across multiple teams with diverse backgrounds to accomplish successful implementation of standards, process and procedures.
  • Experience with Technical writing/documentation is considered a plus but not mandatory for position
