About The Position

The Program Monitor will join an inpatient treatment team at the South Broadway location in St. Louis, MO. This role involves administering medication to clients under nursing staff direction and providing supportive and functional routine daily care as directed by nursing leadership. The Program Monitor works collaboratively as a member of the interdisciplinary team, focusing on client-directed care. This is a full-time position with shifts from Wednesday to Sunday, 11:00 P.M. to 7:00 A.M.

Requirements

  • Computer skills sufficient to access email, internet, and to document in client’s medical record
  • Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
  • Good customer service skills
  • CPR certification and first aid training

Nice To Haves

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Level 1 Medication Certified with MO Dept of Health and Senior Services
  • Prior experience with direct care
  • Basic computer skills

Responsibilities

  • Medication management, distribution, and documentation
  • Completing client admissions and discharges by following belonging search procedures, administering urine drug screens, and documenting client information into electronic medical records.
  • Frequently checking in with clients to ensure they are safe and following program guidelines
  • Reporting client behavioral changes and concerns to the clinical team
