Job Summary: We’re looking for a Sales Enablement Project Manager to support the execution of high-impact enablement initiatives across sales training, tools, and technology for our Business Development sales organization. This individual contributor role focuses on turning enablement strategy into action—driving day-to-day project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring successful rollout, adoption, and measurement of enablement programs. Responsibilities: Execute sales enablement initiatives aligned to the enablement strategy defined by the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement. Own day-to-day project management for assigned initiatives, including sales training programs, tool deployments, process improvements, and AI-enabled enhancements. Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and task tracking. Coordinate project activities across Sales Enablement, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams. Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively escalate and drive resolution. Support the development and rollout of sales training and readiness programs, including onboarding, product launches, tool adoption, and ongoing skill development. Track training completion, adoption, and effectiveness using defined metrics. Manage the execution of sales tool and technology initiatives, including CRM enhancements, enablement platforms, and sales productivity tools. Support the deployment and adoption of AI-powered sales capabilities by coordinating testing, training, rollout, and feedback collection. Basic Qualifications 3–5+ years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, project management, or a related field. Hands-on experience managing projects from planning through execution and measurement. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create clear, executive-ready materials Preferred Qualifications Experience supporting sales training, onboarding, or seller readiness initiatives. Experience working within or directly supporting a sales organization, with an understanding of seller workflows, priorities, and day-to-day realities. Familiarity with sales enablement and sales technology platforms (e.g., CRM, LMS, sales content or engagement tools). Exposure to AI, automation, or analytics initiatives within a sales or go-to-market organization.
