  • Hands-on experience managing projects from planning through execution and measurement.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Detail-oriented with a strong sense of ownership and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to create clear, executive-ready materials

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting sales training, onboarding, or seller readiness initiatives.
  • Experience working within or directly supporting a sales organization, with an understanding of seller workflows, priorities, and day-to-day realities.
  • Familiarity with sales enablement and sales technology platforms (e.g., CRM, LMS, sales content or engagement tools).
  • Exposure to AI, automation, or analytics initiatives within a sales or go-to-market organization.

Responsibilities

  • Execute sales enablement initiatives aligned to the enablement strategy defined by the Senior Manager of Sales Enablement.
  • Own day-to-day project management for assigned initiatives, including sales training programs, tool deployments, process improvements, and AI-enabled enhancements.
  • Build and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and task tracking.
  • Coordinate project activities across Sales Enablement, Business Development, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers; proactively escalate and drive resolution.
  • Support the development and rollout of sales training and readiness programs, including onboarding, product launches, tool adoption, and ongoing skill development.
  • Track training completion, adoption, and effectiveness using defined metrics.
  • Manage the execution of sales tool and technology initiatives, including CRM enhancements, enablement platforms, and sales productivity tools.
  • Support the deployment and adoption of AI-powered sales capabilities by coordinating testing, training, rollout, and feedback collection.

Benefits

  • Inclusive culture with associate-led Business Resource Groups.
  • Flexible PTO (22 days) and Holiday Schedule (7 observed paid holidays).
  • Online and Retail Discounts, Company Match 401(k), Physical and Mental Health Wellness programs and more!
