The Program Manager at ReWomen will lead and oversee projects aimed at empowering women through community engagement, sponsorship initiatives, and conferences. This role is crucial for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, while fostering personal and professional growth for women.

  • Lead the planning and implementation of program initiatives while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to provide updates on project status and address any concerns.
  • Utilize tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow, and Jira for project tracking and documentation.
  • Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while adhering to PMBOK guidelines.
  • Oversee process management to improve efficiency and effectiveness across projects.
  • Coordinate team management activities, fostering collaboration among team members to achieve project objectives.
  • Implement cost control measures to ensure financial accountability throughout the program lifecycle.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project progress and make adjustments as necessary to stay on track.
  • Proven experience in program management or related field with a strong understanding of project scheduling and process management.
  • Proficiency in using project management tools such as Confluence, ServiceNow, and Jira.
  • Familiarity with PMBOK principles and best practices in project management.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders effectively.
  • Strong team management skills with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • 10+ years in program management, community engagement, event planning, or a related field.
  • Salesforce experience is a plus.
  • PMP certification (Preferred)
