The Program Manager is responsible for managing and ensuring safe and smooth program operations, and for the training, on-boarding and supervision of assigned direct care staff at Low Threshold Permanent housing. This involves supervising the Resident Assistants, ensuring that there is a therapeutic and trauma-informed milieu, ordering and supplies, program inventory, training staff, assisting with running groups for the residents, and assisting with the staff schedule. The Program Manager reports to the Program Director for support and supervision. Location: All sites are located in Boston Ma. Low threshold permanent housing sites utilize a Housing First, harm reduction model. Low threshold permanent housing sites serve individuals experiencing homelessness, substance use/opioid overdose risk and health/mental health conditions, who may also face multiple barriers to housing.
