About The Position

The SAP Record to Report Program Manager is responsible for leading and managing large global consulting-led RTR business transformation programs. This role requires a deep understanding of the business values of transformation programs and the ability to translate business requirements into technical requirements. The Program Manager will ensure high-quality solution designs that meet current and anticipated business needs, while also guiding business counterparts towards the right SAP solutions. The position demands expert-level knowledge in SAP FI CO modules and hands-on implementation experience with CAMT and DMEE in S4.

Requirements

  • Demonstrates end-to-end business process knowledge in Record to Report (RTR) processes.
  • Experience with large global, consulting led RTR business transformation programs delivery.
  • Ability to speak business language and guide business counterparts towards the right SAP solution.
  • Expert level knowledge in SAP FI CO modules.
  • Hands-on implementation experience with CAMT and DMEE in S4.
  • Knowledge in SAP Controlling including Product Costing, CO-PCA, CO-CCA, COPA.
  • At least three (3) full life cycle implementations as a lead with multi-module implementations.
  • A minimum of ten (10) years prior transformational ERP consulting or equivalent industry experience.
  • Working knowledge of configuration and features of key S/4 HANA based Finance structures.
  • Strong verbal and written communications skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 100%.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure high quality solution designs that meet current and anticipated business needs.
  • Evaluate alternatives to satisfy business objectives.
  • Estimate and plan SAP Record to Report (RTR) projects and cross-project process and design governance.
  • Lead business requirements workshops with customers to design and roll out S/4 HANA solution for Finance & Controlling area.
  • Design global template based on best practices.
  • Prepare blueprints, gap analysis, end-to-end process design, testing strategy, cutover plans, training, etc.
  • Provide leadership in planning/sequencing of end-to-end design workshops.
  • Guide complex fit/gap analysis and design decisions.
  • Own overall inventory of reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms, and/or workflow (RICEFW).
  • Actively participate as a member of the delivery team in providing and ensuring optimal design solutions.
  • Provide strong functional understanding of S4HANA.
  • Advise customers on the evolving SAP roadmap for S/4 HANA.
