About The Position
Work in a home environment, helping individuals develop connections and meaningful relationships in their community. Support individuals with developing new skills so they can be independent, happy, and successful. Oversee all aspects of the program including coordination of care and support as well as program operations and supervision. Perform duties with a team approach; work in collaboration with Nurse Manager, staff, nurses and upper management, as applicable.
