As a Program Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in guiding and managing engineering programs. Your ability to define project scope and deliverables in collaboration with cross-functional teams will help align projects with business goals and customer requirements. By developing and implementing project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, you will ensure efficient project execution and delivery. Monitoring project progress and ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets will help maintain project efficiency and cost-effectiveness. Your expertise in identifying and mitigating risks and issues that may impact project delivery will contribute to successful project outcomes. You will report directly to our 1 and you'll work out of our 2 location on a 3 work schedule. In this role, you will impact the successful execution and delivery of engineering projects, driving operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Lead and manage programs to ensure successful execution and delivery

  • 6+ years of experience in engineering program management or related roles
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering engineering projects on time and within budget

  • Experience in risk management and problem-solving
