The Program Manager will provide technical leadership and management to perform software quality assurance analysis and testing, including Automation and Performance testing, using AWS, SAAS, Agile, Java, .NET, SQL Server, MS Azure, JIRA, Quality Center, Jenkins, SharePoint, Confluence, TFS, etc. The role involves planning and leading the QA life cycle for one or more Agile teams. The Program Manager will coordinate on-site and offshore resources and collaborate across internal cross-functional teams to deliver solutions. Responsibilities include leading, guiding, and monitoring the analysis, design, implementation, and execution of test cases, test procedures, and test suites. The individual will also mentor and develop Test Engineer I and II, serve as a subject matter expert, and collaborate with product management, developers, and UX to create requirements and acceptance criteria. Additionally, the Program Manager will create and execute test plans/cases in accordance with best practices & techniques, gather metrics, record raw data, and prepare test results as needed. The role requires analyzing system features and functionality to determine the best approach and techniques to test, participating in daily scrum, providing accurate and concise status, and escalating issues. The Program Manager will define QA methodologies, quality improvement processes, and best practices along with risk and mitigation plans.
