BlackLynx /Jacobs has a history of work within the IC community and is looking for a new program manager to lead the growth of multiple new efforts with diverse customers. The initial focus of these efforts relate to Intelligence Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) - from design to mission utility to procurement of future space and airborne systems but will also include spacecraft design for acquisition efforts. Jacobs is looking for a Program Manager to help lead high fidelity modeling efforts to help create and foster customer relationships, identify critical customer needs, and shape overall response to RFI/RFP's by customer.

Requirements

  • TS/SCI clearance.
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or Computer Science.
  • Willing to work on-site.
  • Experience leading project teams.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience as a trusted technical advisor.
  • Experience with managing projects using various SDLC models, CMMI, SAFe, Agile, cloud-enabled solutions, architecture development, and 'As a Service' offerings.
  • 10 years of experience with technical solutions for complex highly integrated systems.
