About The Position

The Program Manager will oversee the development efforts for large programs that consist of multiple projects. This role involves collaboration with various teams including engineering, design, marketing, and sales to guide the product development process, ensuring that timelines, budgets, and commitments are met while managing development backlogs and facilitating effective communication across departments.

Requirements

• 7+ years Program Management background
• Strong facilitation, communication, and negotiation skills
• Demonstrated collaborative leadership skills; ability to successfully direct the work of others
• Experience in software development and/or business analysis
• Familiarity with change management/release management
• Experience using JIRA
• Familiarity with Google Suite

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field OR equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Manage the development efforts for large programs consisting of multiple projects.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to guide the product development process.
• Review team progress to ensure timelines and commitments are met.
• Ensure development efforts are proceeding within budget expectations.
• Work with others to convert product vision and roadmaps into a development backlog.
• Manage development backlogs in Jira.
• Review and prioritize unplanned or unexpected work.
• Assist business and system analysts in documenting requirements and business processes.
• Determine schedules and coordinate deployments of new or updated functionality.
• Work with others to ensure successful documentation and implementation of products and systems.
• Review incoming work requests including scope, estimates, and timelines.
• Determine schedule and roadmap impacts from new requested work.
