The Program Manager will lead the maintenance and sustainment support to the DISA Global Force Management (GFM) Program Management Office (PMO) that supports system availability, stability, and interoperability of JPES and JCRM. The GFM PMO requirement is for sustainment, maintenance, project management, and lab support services. This consists of configuration management, cybersecurity, information assurance, software development, sustainment & integration, Tier 3 helpdesk support, and system administration.

  • Prepare a Task Order Management Plan (TOMP) describing the technical approach, organizational resources, communication strategy, and management controls to be employed to meet the cost, performance and schedule requirements throughout TO execution.
  • Full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters relating to daily operation of this contract.
  • Manages the overall contract onsite. All sections report to this position. The administrative aspects of the contract are managed by this position.
  • Ensures the manning and training of the contract staff is adequate for meeting the deliverables.
  • Handles all administrative functions and liaisons with the government for establishing priorities and training in new technologies as needed.
  • Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show the progress of projects to management and customers, organize and assign responsibilities to subordinates, oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks, and assume the initiative and provide support to marketing personnel in identifying and acquiring potential business. Coordinate with the contracting organization's program office to enable timely problem resolution.
  • Report the status of all work performed under this PSOW, including, but not limited to, all work orders, software and hardware purchases and license payments.
  • Develop and maintain a Master Work Breakdown Schedule (WBS) consistent
  • Develop and maintain a Master Project Schedule that integrates all tasks into a master plan aligned with the Master WBS. The WBS should be traceable to each identified task in the Team Foundation Server.
  • Assume the management of the existing Master Project Schedule that documents the tasks, start dates, end dates, durations, predecessors, successors, and resources required to execute the program of work.
  • Properly align staffing requirements.
  • Bachelor of Arts (BA)/Bachelor of Science (BS) in a Business Management discipline with at least 10 years of experience in program management.
  • An additional four years of experience in lieu of a degree is acceptable.
