About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale, complex programs involving multiple stakeholders and parallel workstreams. This role requires strong leadership, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to effectively engage with senior executives, including C-level stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder programs
• Strong communication and executive presentation skills with C-level interfacing experience
• Experience in the Financial Services industry
• Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and drive outcomes across multiple teams

Nice To Haves

• Exposure to or experience with Generative AI (GenAI) initiatives or programs
• Based in Texas, with a preference for candidates located in Austin, TX

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage large, cross-functional programs with multiple workstreams and dependencies
• Coordinate with diverse stakeholder groups to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables
• Drive program governance, risk management, and issue resolution
• Communicate program updates, insights, and risks clearly to senior leadership, including C-level executives
• Ensure successful delivery of programs within scope, timeline, and budget
