The Program Manager is an integral part of the services provided at TLC. A successful Program Manager will supervise and monitor the activities and ensure that their service area is running efficiently. They will be a leader by mentoring, participating in the training and development of their team, and modeling best practices to promote quality of service for individuals with intellectual disabilities and the team they support. The Program Manager works side by side with the Direct Support Professionals (DSP) and take a hands-on approach with the individuals in our care. They are also responsible for overseeing the quality and completeness of the documentation regarding the people in their care. Overall, the Program Manager is instrumental in creating a positive collaborative atmosphere, that encourages the growth and success of all those they work with, and hold themselves and others accountable for creating a culture that exceeds expectations. The schedule may include some evenings and weekends. The Program Manager position will be part of an assigned on call rotation.
