About The Position

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be: Own the strategy‑to‑execution lifecycle for a multi‑program portfolio; translate strategic objectives into prioritized roadmaps, OKRs, and funding plans. Establish portfolio governance: stage gates, benefits realization, risk/compliance reviews, and executive readouts. Lead the most complex, ambiguous initiatives with enterprise impact; orchestrate cross‑functional teams and partners to deliver outcomes on time and budget. Institutionalize standards (integrated plans, dependency and critical‑path control, decision logs) and coach junior PMs to adopt them. Design enterprise change strategies (sponsor roadmap, stakeholder engagement, communications, training, reinforcement) to achieve sustainable adoption. Define and evolve COE methods across program/project, change, and process/CI; introduce new approaches leveraging Lean Six Sigma and systems thinking. Remove waste and simplify via standard work and automation. Model inclusive leadership and a culture focused on outcomes and customer value. Influence and align VP+ stakeholders; drive crisp executive decisions with clear options, trade‑offs, and risk/impact analysis. Communicate effectively across audiences—from executive ops reviews to technical working sessions. Anticipate systemic risks; implement mitigations and escalation pathways. Responsibly integrate AI/automation to improve planning, risk sensing, and communications. Optimally communicate to all levels – from senior management to individual contributors. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; 12+ years in program/project leadership with increasing scope and complexity.
  • Proven delivery of multi‑year, cross‑functional programs with executive visibility and enterprise impact.
  • Expertise across program/project, organizational change, and process/CI disciplines.
  • Exceptional executive communication and influence; strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Demonstrated mentorship/people leadership in a matrix or solid‑line capacity.

Nice To Haves

  • Postgraduate degree (MBA or related) or advanced certifications.
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or MBB; Agile/Scrum expertise.
  • Power Platform proficiency; AI/automation experience.
  • Experience defining/leading a PM/Change/Process COE.
