About The Position

The Program Manager is responsible for the planning and execution of cross-functional projects and programs. Program Managers actively manage project scope, schedule, risks and issues to ensure timely delivery and achievement of business objectives and value. The successful candidate is capable of critical thinking as well as strong communication. They are skilled at interacting with and influencing project team members and stakeholders. You believe in continuous improvement and request frequent feedback from others. What you’ll do: Facilitate project scope definition and timeline and resource estimations. Maintain accurate project schedules and documentation in accordance with EPMO policies and procedures. Conduct regular project meetings to manage action items and dependencies, and monitor progress against deadlines. Deliver weekly project reporting with visibility into progress, risk, value delivery and resource utilization. Develop effective project working relationships to foster shared ownership of project outcomes and ensure stakeholder needs are identified and met. Proactively monitor and communicate project risks and issues and ensure mitigation plans are defined. Assist with quarterly program planning, ensuring alignment of business-led initiatives with technology roadmaps and dependencies. Experience you’ll bring: Project management experience in an Agile environment.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in software or technology project management and an advanced degree; OR a minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience.
  • Knowledge of project management concepts, tools, and techniques.

Nice To Haves

  • Professional certifications: CAPM, PMI-ACP, PMP or equivalent.
