JOB SUMMARY: The Program Manager is accountable for the achievement of project targets and objectives such as technical requirements, quality targets, profitability, timing, and risks, all validated by management. In this role you will lead projects in accordance with Stoneridge program management rules and principles, manage the core team and ensure customer satisfaction. You will define technical requirements, quality targets, profitability, timing, risks and cost targets. You will also lead all project team members to achieve these targets with a permanent focus on committed program deliveries.
