About The Position

CCR Commercial Refrigeration is a global leader in sustainable refrigeration solutions for food retail and industrial applications. We combine engineering excellence, disciplined execution, and customer focus to deliver complex programs that support our growth strategy across regions and markets The Program Manager is responsible for the successful delivery of a defined program or major initiative, from initiation through execution and closure. This role owns planning, execution, cost, schedule, and cross-functional coordination to ensure objectives are achieved on time, within budget, and aligned with business priorities

Requirements

University degree in engineering, business, or a related field
Proven experience managing complex programs or large-scale cross-functional initiatives
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills

Nice To Haves

PMP Certification is a plus

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end delivery of a defined program or major initiative, including scope, timing, cost, quality, and risks
Define program objectives, milestones, deliverables, and success criteria in alignment with business and portfolio priorities
Build and maintain robust program plans, integrated schedules, and resource forecasts
Lead cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, supply chain, finance, and other functions
Own responsibility for the program budget, including planning, tracking, and cost control
Identify, assess, and actively manage program risks, issues, and interdependencies
Ensure application of CCR program management processes, governance, gates, and review structures
Prepare and present clear program status updates, including progress, risks, and financials
Coordinate multiple workstreams where applicable to ensure alignment and execution
Lead program closure activities, including lessons learned and handover to sustaining teams
