About The Position
Peraton is seeking a highly qualified Program Manager to fill a Key Personnel position in support of the Enterprise Pacific IT C5 Solution (EPICS) effort for United States Army Pacific (USARPAC). The U nited States Ar my Pacific is the Army Service Component Command fo r the United States Indo-Pacific Command (USINDOPACOM), responsible for Army forces the Indo-Pacific area of responsibility (AOR). The AOR covers 9,000 miles, form the west coast of the continental United States to India. UASRPAC applies campaign-quality land power with more than 107,000 sold i ers and civilians and represents the nation’s larges theater army . This task order (TO) directly supports the efforts of USARPAC, its subordinate commands, and its strategic and operational partners ( e.g. Pacific Air Forces (PACAF), USINDOPACOM, United States Forces Japan (USFJ), United States Forces Korea (USFK), Marine Forces Pacific (MARFORPAC ), Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) United States Paces Force (USSF ), Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), National Guard Agencies (State Department) to contribute to USINDOPACOM’s operationalization of the National Defense Strategy through providing comprehensive IT enterprise services (e.g. complete infrastructure life cycle for all hardware, software, an d services including planning, analysis , engineering, design, development , installation, interoperability mitigation, integrations, testing, operations and maintenance (O&M ), and training of all C5 and IT systems supported) that enable multi - domain C5ISR (Command, control, communications, computers, cyber, intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance) capabilities across the Indo-Pacific AOR. The purpose of the EPICs task order is to provide critical C4 and IT system support to E nterprise Services Integration and Moder nization (ESIM) for USARPAC G6 , its subordinate units, and its strategic and operational partners. C4 capabilities are distinc t and each fulfills a di fferent purpose. Duties and responsibilities of the Program Manager include but are not limited to: Provide management, direction, administration, quality assurance, and leadership of the execution of the EPICs Task Order Assign taskings to contractor personnel, supervise ongoing efforts, and manager overall Task Order performance to ensure the optimal use of assigned resources and subcontractors Have the authority to make decisions for Peraton in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments as well as be proactive in alerting the Government to potential contractual, programmatic, or resource limitation issues
Requirements
- Top Secret (TS) clearance with eligibility to Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) based on a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI)
- A minimum of 18 years applicable experience
- A minimum of 10 years of experience planning, directing, coordinating , and managing methodologies and approaches for projects similar in scope and complexity to EPICs
- Experience planning, directing, coordinating , and managing , the contractor’s proposed methodologies and approach for a project in similar size in scope and complexity to EPICs with multiple OCONUS performance locations supporting DoD projects .
- Project Management Institute (PMI) Project Management Professional, or Program Management Professional ( PgMP ) certification
- Experience with Status of Forces Agreements (SOFA) requirements, regulations, and processes within the US INDOPACOM AOR
- Experience overseeing complex IT property management, shipping, and logistics considerations of the INDOPACOM AOR
Responsibilities
