About The Position

CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Program Manager to join their CES Team in Atlanta, GA; Miami, FL; Cary, NC; or Birmingham, AL. This role involves providing strategic oversight across a portfolio of projects and initiatives for key clients, coordinating people, processes, and performance to ensure outcomes align with schedule, budget, and long-term goals. The company offers most employees the option of a hybrid schedule with a work week that includes both office and work from home days. The Program Manager will lead complex programs with confidence, driving alignment, accountability, and results by overseeing multiple projects, navigating competing priorities, and guiding programs forward with clarity and purpose.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction, Real Estate Development, or Architecture required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of 15 years of relevant post education experience in infrastructure delivery with extensive proficiency in planning, design, and construction
  • Proven ability to establish, implement, and manage multiple large‑scale programs simultaneously
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
  • Strategic and analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and prioritization skills
  • Ability to adapt quickly in dynamic environments and respond effectively to evolving client and program needs
  • Commitment to workplace safety and adherence to CHA’s health and safety policies
  • Occasional travel may be required

Nice To Haves

  • Vertical build program experience preferred
  • PMP certification is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead day‑to‑day management of client programs, coordinating multiple projects and strategic initiatives
  • Align project deliverables with overall program objectives to ensure consistency across scope, schedule, and outcomes
  • Serve as a primary liaison for clients, maintaining clear and effective communication and driving successful project delivery
  • Establish and manage core program documentation, standards, and reporting tools
  • Identify program‑level risks, address challenges, and drive resolution to keep work moving forward
  • Support business development and growth initiatives by contributing to program action plans, proposals, presentations, and brochure materials
  • Provide project‑level review, guidance, and mentorship to project teams to support successful delivery
  • Coordinate resources across projects to support efficient execution and balanced workloads
