About The Position

Person in this position will be responsible for providing the administrative programmatic leadership and oversight for the Adult Reentry Bridges to Success Program.

Requirements

  • A minimum of four (4) years supervisory experience with knowledge of program performance indicators.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of target population and housing services including three (3) years’ experience working with the homeless population, substance users and or mental health care systems.
  • Management and administrative experience and capabilities;
  • Must possess knowledge of chemical dependency, substance abuse and mental illness;
  • Possess knowledge of state and federal regulations including tenant rights, confidentiality guidelines and Housing First model;
  • CPR Certification, First Aid Certification and an Annual Tuberculosis test.
  • Graduation from an accredited four-year college with a degree in Addiction Counseling, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience and education combined.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative leadership and supervision of day-to-day operations of the Bridges to Success Adult Reentry Program.
  • Function as a liaison to the Deputy Administrator and Director of Housing Services, subcontractors, and external groups and agencies in promoting inter-organizational collaboration including attending community meetings as required.
  • Responsible for collection and submission of weekly, quarterly, and annual reports as required by the contract.
  • Heavy Documentation and knowledge of the Clinical Data System (CDS) data entry.
  • Responsible for service coordination supports with various community entities.
  • Participate in design and implementation of research, such as program evaluation and outcome studies.
  • Hire and arrange for staff development, education, and training activities.
  • Attend scheduled meetings and presentations with referral agencies.
  • Implement Quality Assurance and Utilization Review systems that monitor the effectiveness of the program.
  • Assist in the development of program fiscal and budgetary tracking systems and implementation as well as providing the oversight and management of operating budget and program fiscal expenditures.
  • Monitor compliance with all required standards, regulations, state, and federal guidelines.
  • Develop, implement, and monitor procedures to meet agency policies and contract management including the preparation of comprehensive reports for funding or agency sources.
  • Must embrace and embody the mission, vision, guiding principles, clinical vision, and goals of WestCare Foundation.
  • Other relevant duties as assigned.
