About The Position

Program Manager needs 5-7 years experience with a solid understanding of project management principles and tools, especially Smartsheet. Program Manager requires: Seasoned Program Manager with a robust background in project management to support multiple projects within our RevOps BI Tools team. Extensive experience in managing technical projects within a SaaS organization. Proficiency in sprints, scrum, and Agile methodologies is essential. This role will work in cross-functional and cross-departmental teams to support various technical and business initiative projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic initiatives.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations teams, various lines of business teams, marketing teams, data engineers, analysts, and stakeholders, to ensure project success.
• Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and addressing issues promptly.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination between internal teams and external partners.
• Utilize project management tools and techniques to track progress and performance metrics.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Ensure all projects adhere to best practices, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
