About The Position

This role will serve the KGS PSS business in Americas in the capacity of Program Manager. The role serves responsibilities to manage cross-functional coordination of the Edwards PSS market growth initiative. It establishes project management best practices and processes in line with KGS policies to ensure on time and quality execution of this strategically important initiative. The ideal candidate will have a business background preferably in the field of engineered products and proficiency in Project Management. A broad understanding of business operations including product engineering, marketing, distribution, sales, and service is desired.

Requirements

• BS degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or related field
• 4-5 years of experience in Project Management preferably in engineered products or solutions

Nice To Haves

• Good understanding of end-to-end B2B product cycle
• Good knowledge and experience in product after sales support
• Ability to learn and adapt to fast paced business environment
• Experience and expertise in MS Project or equivalent project management tool
• Expertise in O365 suite, PMP Certification
• Related experience in Fire Detection and Alarm Systems, Solutions and Services
• Hands on experience in managing installation, commissioning and services of fire safety projects

Responsibilities

• Work in partnership with Function Managers to form a project team, charter and end to end execution plan
• Work with PSS Leader and Global PMO Leader to establish structure, RACI, cadence and governance of project activities
• Provide project management support to the PSS Leader in organizing schedules, meetings, updates, reviews and progress reporting
• Ensure full cycle project execution in accordance with organizational standards and policies
• Continuous follow up, prioritization and closure of project tasks and dependencies
• Facilitate ownership, accountability, effective and timely decision making
• Establish standard methodologies, drive visibility, alignment, speed and efficiency in execution
• Manage overall business case, budget planning and spend tracking across the project activities
• Develop and maintain Risk Assessment and Mitigation plan
• Create and maintain project documentation repository and effective team communication
• Prepare and maintain task and cost burndown
• Establish reporting cadence to update on key performance metrics and execution progress
• Expertly communicate with senior management and executives
