About The Position

In this role, you’ll act as the primary US program lead, working directly with customers while partnering across global Product, Engineering, Operations and Sales teams. You’ll help translate business priorities into actionable delivery plans and ensure successful execution of both customer and internal initiatives.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in Program or Project Management within technology, product, or business-led environments.
  • Proven ability to deliver customer-facing and cross-functional development programs end-to-end.
  • Experience working across multiple domains, hardware, software, and integration.
  • Strong interpersonal, stakeholder management, and customer communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies and tools such as Jira and Confluence.
  • Excellent planning, problem-solving, and reporting capabilities.

Nice To Haves

  • Background in IoT, connected systems, or enterprise technology solutions.
  • Understanding of API integrations, cloud platforms, and enterprise system connectivity.
  • Experience working with international teams across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for assigned US customers, overseeing delivery of high-impact programs.
  • Manage program scope, milestones, and deliverables—balancing customer expectations with internal priorities.
  • Build trusted relationships with customer and partner stakeholders at both technical and executive levels.
  • Lead cross-functional development programs that bring new platforms, products, and solutions from concept to market launch.
  • Manage lifecycle milestones including prototyping, pilot testing, and launch deployment into production or market release.
  • Drive internal business improvement or transformation projects that enhance delivery capability, customer experience, or operational efficiency.
  • Support the development of business cases, ROI tracking, and performance reporting for strategic programs.
  • Maintain structured governance, tracking progress, dependencies, and risks through dashboards and reports.
  • Communicate program health, milestones, resource planning and key decisions across senior and executive stakeholders.
