About The Position

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Direct communications, design, development, process integration and costing activities for large scale assigned programs from conception to commercialization Develop and manage project timelines, goals and targets; budgets and forecasts Coordinate all departments, suppliers and customers as necessary to facilitate successful program execution and resolution to program issues Drive cost reduction initiatives through the product development process Monitor project performance against project plans; expedite and adjust plans as required to meet deadlines Prepare reports on project status for communication to internal teams, management and customers

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Design or Engineering
• Three (3) or more years of experience in program or project management; manufacturing experience required
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are required. Must be able to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues, write clear and concise e-mails, and participate in meetings and presentations in English.
• Understanding of materials, manufacturing operations, process flow, inventory, costing etc.
• Proven experience managing multiple programs/projects at a given time
• Some travel is required, would be limited but about 15% per year, may include international travel.
