Endera Motors is strengthening its engineering organization and rebuilding the systems that support disciplined execution. We are looking for a Program Manager who can work directly with the Engineering Manager and the Vice President of Engineering. This role will help connect daily work to long-term goals and ensure every effort moves the company forward. Role Overview The Program Manager supports planning, coordination, and delivery across multiple engineering efforts. You will manage timelines, risks, cross functional communication, and reporting. You will reinforce structure, improve clarity, and keep engineering aligned with the company’s mission. Your work will reduce delays, strengthen decision flow, and support the technical teams as they rebuild processes and standards.
