About The Position

Provide operational and clinical leadership for a program, ensuring exceptional person‑centered care and full compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license (3 years if under age 21) and reliable transportation
• Commitment to inclusion and supporting individuals in full community participation
• Clear communication, basic computer proficiency, teamwork, and professionalism
• Fluency in English; multilingual ability a plus

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred but not required
• Multilingual ability a plus

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily program operations, staffing, and budget management
• Provide supervision, mentorship, and professional development to staff
• Ensure program fidelity and compliance with funding sources, state requirements, and agency policies
• Serve as a point of contact for families, stakeholders, and community partners
• Use data to guide decisions and continuously improve outcomes
