About The Position

Taku is committed to providing transformative and comprehensive health operational capabilities to support customers across scientific, clinical, technological, and program management areas. Summary: The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of services supporting several Information Technology (IT) platforms, maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, communications, and driving continuous improvement in delivery of service. This role ensures compliance with DoD cybersecurity standards, manages change/configuration processes, and serves as the primary point of contact for all contract-related matters.

Requirements

  • Strong understanding of government policies and procedures, with analytical skills, time management, and independent decision-making capabilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field, and at least 5 years of relevant experience in IT and managing, staffing, overseeing, and completing government projects.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret (T3/T3R) clearance (current clearance preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of DoD cybersecurity requirements, RMF, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Experience with AWS GovCloud, LMS, content management systems, and enterprise IT systems.
  • Experience in supporting EventPLUS, Yellow Ribbon Reintegration Program, Transition Assistance Program, SkillBridge, and Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve.

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate contract processes from initiation to closeout, including transition, execution, growth, and decrement.
  • Build and maintain internal and external relationships, interpreting needs and developing solutions for effective delivery.
  • Monitor project operations, manage risks and impacts of changes, develop mitigation plans, and proactively escalate issues to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the corporate service center to manage requisitions, coordinate interviews, verify skills, and oversee the staffing process, ensuring candidates are effectively sourced, vetted, and onboarded.
  • Oversee the setup and maintenance of AWS GovCloud infrastructure for applications while ensuring full compliance with DoD cybersecurity protocols, including Risk Management Framework (RMF), authorization to operate (ATO), and DoD Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) requirements.
  • Support training initiatives, including webinars and Learning Management Systems (LMS) integration.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
