Will be responsible for planning, administrative oversight, development and implementation of all project activities for GWTI/LPIQ initiatives. Responsible for meeting the set metrics for the GWTI/LPIQ collaboration effort. The Program Manager functions as an administrative leader that orchestrates tasks, mobilizes people and works to develop and sustain Program growth, goals and quality. The Program Manger directs the activities of other staff. She/he undertakes the responsibility for achieving objectives through efforts by providing clarify of purpose, inspiring individuals to pursue a shared vision, and ensuring that goals and outcomes are attained.
