About The Position

Program Manager Oversee cyber programs that drive impactful mission outcomes for our customers as a Program Manager . As Program Manager you will play a crucial role in overseeing the execution of the contract requirements to deliver continuous, outcome-driven cybersecurity services that strengthen the government’s security posture and ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of systems and data. In this role you will plan, direct, or coordinate cyber operations, overseeing multiple projects. You will act as the overall lead, manager and administrator for the contracted effort, as well as serve as the primary interface and point of contact with Government program authorities on technical and program/project issues. Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks in assigned program areas including technical work, financial and business development activities Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation Supervises assigned technical and administrative staff, including subordinate supervisors, and performs personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluation Responsible for profitability and revenue growth of assigned program(s) Assures quality of program products, services, and deliverables Develops, reviews, and approves plans, schedules, consulting agreements and other program documents Prepares and provides various reports and technical reviews to senior management as requested Ensures compliance with relevant corporate and government policies and standards Performs business development activities at all stages, including the preparation and review of technical and cost proposals Manages workload distribution, escalation handling, quality assurance and coordination with stakeholders Ensures contingency or staffing plans are in place to provide continuity of qualified personnel throughout performance Achieves defined performance objectives, maintaining service levels, and ensuring the technical expertise necessary to meet the contract’s cybersecurity mission requirements Establishes and ensures process are in place for handling escalations and critical issues after hours

Requirements

  • Degree in related field
  • 5+ years managing cyber related programs with the federal government
  • US citizenship required
  • Active Secret, Top Secret, DOE L, or DOE Q clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Cyber certifications preferred (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CEH, GIAC, etc.
