MassChallenge is seeking a Cross-Functional Program Manager to lead and contribute to a variety of innovative programs, including a combination of Early Stage (including but not limited to Healthcare and Climate), and various Challenge Programs including Finance, Healthcare, and security & resiliency, depending on needs and timelines of each program. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of managing projects across different sectors and be skilled at fostering collaboration and driving results in a dynamic environment.

Manage and execute strategies for multiple programs and community stakeholders, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Identify areas of friction for founders, judges, and mentors, and propose concrete solutions that work across programs.
Serve as a liaison between startups, corporate partners, and internal teams to support program objectives.
Organize and facilitate cross-program events (internal and external) and workshops to promote startup development and internal cohesion across programs.
Oversee program logistics, operations, and resource allocation.
Drive initiatives that support diversity, equity, and inclusion across all programs.

Proven experience in program management with a focus on cross-functional and multi-program collaboration.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage complex initiatives.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with a network in the startup and innovation ecosystem.
A commitment to fostering an inclusive environment and supporting diverse entrepreneurs.
