About The Position

EVS is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the senior on-site leader responsible for overall contract execution in support of U.S. Navy Surface Combat Systems training and network operations. Key Responsibilities: Manage all technical, administrative, cost, and schedule aspects of contract performance Serve as primary liaison between EVS and Government stakeholders Ensure timely delivery of services, reports, and data deliverables Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary technical teams Oversee compliance with contract requirements, cybersecurity policies, and quality standards Work is not remote and will be performed on-site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA Employment would begin upon contract award

Requirements

• Minimum of five (5) years of contract and program management experience
• Demonstrated experience managing Navy or DoD IT/network programs
• Active Secret clearance (minimum)
• IAM Level 1: such as: ( Security+ CE – CompTIA Security+ (CE version) or ( CAP – Certified Authorization Professional (ISC²) or ( GSLC – GIAC Security Leadership Certification)
