About The Position

The role is responsible for leading project coordination and documentation by developing schedules, charters, proposals, and related materials. It serves as a key communication link between customers, project teams, and internal departments to ensure contract compliance, resolve issues, and maintain alignment with schedule and budget requirements. The position also supports stakeholder updates and manages project priorities across functional groups while preparing quotes and scope‑change proposals for new and ongoing work.

Requirements

  • Associate’s Degree or higher, and 3 years’ experience related to the roles and responsibilities above, OR Bachelor’s Degree in business, engineering, or engineering management from an accredited university, plus one-year project management experience.
  • In lieu of a degree, minimum of 5 years of related job experience
  • Experience using MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a single, cross-functional project simultaneously and shift priorities as needed to support business needs and critical deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project schedules, charters, and other project management related materials.
  • Coordinate and communicate with customers to ensure adherence to contract requirements, and resolve project related issues.
  • Coordinate and communicate with the project team to adhere to schedule and budget.
  • Works with all functional departments to communicate project priorities and manage conflicts with other project needs.
  • Develop and submit proposals and quotes for new projects and scope change.
  • Assist in developing project update materials for presentation to internal and external stakeholders.
