We are looking for a Program Manager who thrives in a customer-facing leadership role and enjoys balancing relationship management, technical program execution, and business strategy. Summary As a Program Manager, you will serve as the strategic partner and primary point of contact for assigned customer programs. You will work cross-functionally with engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and sales teams to deliver exceptional program outcomes while supporting customer growth and long-term partnerships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex challenges, building trusted customer relationships, and influencing business results.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in electronics or PCBA manufacturing
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing manufacturing or OEM buyer role
  • 3+ years leading cross-functional teams
  • Customer relationship leadership
  • Program and project management
  • Financial and operational analysis
  • Negotiation and executive communication
  • Ability to manage competing priorities

Responsibilities

  • Lead Customer Relationships
  • Act as the trusted advisor and primary contact for assigned customers
  • Lead business reviews and program communications
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and expand partnerships
  • Own Program Performance
  • Monitor program performance, cost, and delivery metrics
  • Support pricing strategies, RFQs, and contract negotiations
  • Partner with customers and internal teams to manage demand forecasting
  • Drive Program Execution
  • Lead New Product Introductions, engineering changes, and quality improvement initiatives
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to meet customer expectations and deadlines
  • Collaborate & Influence
  • Provide guidance to internal customer support teams
  • Partner with site leadership to drive alignment and execution
