About The Position

Ipsos is launching a new tech initiative, a firm-wide growth platform focused on expanding strategic partnerships with leading Technology clients, including Hyperscalers. This role is central to translating strategy into execution—bringing clarity, discipline, and momentum to a high-visibility, cross-functional program. The Program Director serves as the operational leader of the initiative, ensuring alignment across senior stakeholders, visibility into progress and risk, and consistent delivery of results.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in program management, strategy, operations, or consulting
• Proven success operating in complex, matrixed organizations with senior executives
• Strong executive communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and drive clarity in high-impact environments
• High ownership, strong follow-through, and a bias for action

Responsibilities

• Lead the operating cadence for a multi-workstream, executive-sponsored growth initiative
• Translate complex strategies into structured, executable plans and roadmaps
• Align senior leaders and cross-functional teams around shared priorities and outcomes
• Track milestones, risks, and dependencies; surface issues early and drive resolution
• Develop clear dashboards and executive-ready updates on progress, performance, and impact
• Partner closely with Marketing, Growth, Client Experience, Talent, and Technology teams
• Plan and execute executive salons, client forums, and innovation showcases that deepen strategic relationships
• Act as a trusted partner to the Executive Lead, enabling focus on clients, influence, and strategic narrative
