This strategic role is responsible for overseeing all consumer research initiatives and directly managing and executing high-impact B2B research projects. The ideal candidate is a seasoned research leader with deep expertise in quantitative methodologies, survey design, and data analysis, complemented by a working understanding of User Experience (UX) research principles. You will help to drive the Carfax experience with consumers, dealers, and service shops and be pivotal in translating complex data into actionable insights that drive product innovation, marketing strategy, and business growth.
