Summary: The Program Manager is responsible for leading product development programs from concept through production release, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer requirements. This role manages cross-functional teams including design, engineering, manufacturing, operations, sales, and marketing to deliver projects on time and within budget. This position operates at an intermediate level of responsibility, focusing on managing programs of moderate complexity. The Program Manager ensures adherence to established processes and supports continuous improvement initiatives without direct responsibility for strategic process development.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience as a program manager or in a related engineering role
• Strong leadership and team coordination skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
• BS/BA degree in Engineering or Business required

Nice To Haves

• PMP certification preferred but not required
