  • Provides executive-level oversight of all task orders across Infrastructure and End-User domains.
  • Serves as the single point of contact with the Contracting Officer, COR, and government program stakeholders.
  • Ensures SLA compliance, deliverable quality, and resource alignment across task orders.
  • Lead and manage program execution, risk, cost, schedule, and quality.
  • Oversee all sub-task areas including Infrastructure Ops, Endpoint Engineering, Data Center Ops, and NOC/SOC services.
  • Maintain contract compliance and coordinate with OCIO and component IT offices.
  • Prepare and deliver status reports, performance dashboards, and financial summaries.
  • Implement governance, risk, and compliance controls consistent with FISMA and NIST 800-53.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • Certifications: PMP required
  • Experience: 10–15 years of federal IT program management, with 5+ years managing multi-task IDIQs or BPAs.
  • Clearance: Public Trust – Moderate Risk (or ability to obtain)
  • ITIL v4 Foundation or higher preferred.
