Zantech is looking for a talented Program Manager to contribute to the success of our upcoming Enterprise Business Transformation project in a Hybrid role based out of the Washington DC Metro area. The Program Manager will play a crucial role in Transformation Vision/Strategy, Stakeholder Engagement/Performance and Product Management/Business Operations. Summary: Primary client interface and delivery leader for $150M+ grants ecosystem transformation managing $138B+ disbursements. Coordinates multi-vendor delivery, drives 30%+ O&M cost reduction and $100M+ savings goals, maintains executive relationships across HHS, OMB, 15+ Federal agencies.

Requirements

12+ years program/project management
8+ years Federal IT programs >$10M budgets
5+ years multi-vendor environments
Expert program management - scope, schedule, budget, risk, stakeholders
Executive Federal relationships (SES/political appointees)
Multi-vendor coordination and contract oversight
Financial management, strategic planning, change management
Federal grants lifecycle, Agile methodologies, KPI development
US Citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret trust or higher clearance, per contract requirements.
