About The Position

A Front Office Program Manager will provide onsite leadership and oversight for a multidisciplinary team supporting our Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency (DARPA) client. They will guide the overall delivery of operational, programmatic, and administrative support in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment. The Program Manager will lead a diverse team of technical subject matter experts, program and financial analysts, and action officers. The Program Manager will be responsible for ensuring coherence and quality across all team activities, including tracking office and agency actions and deliverables, managing program development processes, facilitating strategic planning, and ensuring leadership engagement is well supported. Responsibilities also include overseeing briefing development efforts, coordinating internal and external engagements, managing cross-functional workflows, and liaising with technical and administrative clients and contractors to maintain seamless operational execution.

Requirements

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance. Once onboard with Guidehouse, new hire MUST be able to OBTAIN and MAINTAIN a Federal or DoD "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" security clearance.
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • FIVE (5) or more years of experience in program management, project oversight, or team leadership; including leading multidisciplinary teams and managing complex operational or programmatic workflows
  • THREE (3) or more years of experience supporting a U.S. Government client

Nice To Haves

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "TOP SECRET/SCI (TS/SCI)" Federal or DoD security clearance
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Prior support experience in a DoD or federally funded R&D environment
  • Prior experience overseeing briefing development and executive-level communications
  • Prior experience managing Front Office or executive-level operations
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
