The Program Manager will set the vision for account strategy, ensure operational excellence across the entire business footprint, and balance client satisfaction through growth and profitability. In this role, you will refine and elevate processes, anticipate risks, resolve complex challenges, and implement forward thinking solutions designed to prevent issues before they occur.

Requirements

Ensures delivery of high-quality customer service.
Strong communication, planning, organizing, and decision-making abilities.
Is organized, self-disciplined, technologically savvy, compliant, and communicates timely and effectively at all levels.
Minimum of 5 years of progressively responsible management experience in business management or a closely related field.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Visio, SharePoint, and Teams.
