About The Position

This is an exciting new opportunity to represent eMoney an innovative company whose mission is to help people talk about money. eMoney is an award-winning company with a goal to ensure financial peace of mind for all. MarketStar has an opening for a Program Manager who will be responsible for leading a sales and account management program. You will have direct responsibility for the management and sales enablement team but will need to deliver profitable growth and achieve revenue goals. Location: US Remote

Requirements

Degree in sales or closely related business field or equivalent work experience
2-3 years experience in sales leadership or account management leadership
Experience in the financial field preferred
Knowledge of accounting, sales, finance, and human resources processes and procedures
Able to organize, coordinate, and direct projects
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Able to present concepts and ideas to various audiences
Able to learn quickly and excel in a team environment

Responsibilities

Maintain leadership and program effectiveness and productivity through coaching and management
Protect and grow existing business by proactively driving team performance and strategies
Ensure team achieves client sales targets as required on a weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual basis
Identify market trends, best practices, and efficiencies to ensure performance and program strategy is optimized
Administration of MarketStar programs, policies, procedures, and practices
Use Salesforce.com and several analytics reports to manage quality, productivity, and measure success against goals.
