LTS is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution of a high-visibility federal health services program supporting nationwide workforce readiness and medical evaluation operations. This position offers the opportunity to lead a nationally distributed healthcare operations program within a major federal workforce readiness initiative. This role serves as the primary operational leader responsible for overall program performance, quality assurance, and coordination across Government stakeholders, subcontractors, and clinical partners. The Program Manager will oversee nationwide delivery of medical evaluations, drug testing, and physical fitness testing services, ensuring contract requirements are met while maintaining high standards for service quality, compliance, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate brings strong federal program management experience, healthcare operations knowledge, and the ability to coordinate geographically dispersed teams, clinical partners, and subcontractors within a highly regulated environment.
